‘London’ 2015 Exhibition

This is a call for entries for an exhibition at Gallery320 entitled ‘London’ which will run from Friday 10 July to Friday 31 July 2015.

We are a gallery based in Bethnal Green, London, in the heart of London’s creative East End. Gallery320 will organize the exhibition, a private view and publicise it within London.

We are looking for talented professional and aspiring photographers who’s images reflect and celebrate the capital, for an exhibition which will aim to capture London’s diversity of people, culture and architecture.

London is a city of contrasts and contradictions and coupled with its fluidity and diversity makes it one of the most exciting and provocative cities in the world. Do you have an image/s that you feel reflects this?

This is a selected exhibition and images will be chosen by Sean Pines, Gallery owner who has over 25 years as a photographer.

Images must have been shot within the last 3 years.

Terms & Conditions

  • Photographers must own the copyright to their images.


  • There will be a £20 administration charge for successful entrants.


  • Successful entrants will be required to deliver a printed and framed photograph ready to be hung or,


  • Entrants wishing to use our printing and framing service will be entitled to a 15% discount on our price list.


  • Successful entrants images may be used on our website, social media accounts or in the press with a credit.


  • If your entry is to be available for sale, the gallery will take a reduced commission of 25%.


  • Diptychs, Triptychs etc will be charged £20 for the first image and £15 for each subsequent image. eg. Diptych £35 Triptych £50.


  • Selection for the exhibition is Gallery320’s decision and is final, we will not be able to enter into discussions about individual entries


  • All artworks must be available for the full duration of the exhibition (9th – 31st July 2015).


  • All pieces are hung at artists own risk, and individual insurance against loss or damage should be sought if felt necessary.


  • All works must be collected by 30th August 2015, unless otherwise arranged.

Closing Date for online submissions 5pm Tuesday 23rdth June.

Successful entrants will be notified by Wed 24th June and submission fees will need to be paid by 10am Monday 29tht June either in person, telephone, or BACS payment.

Framed prints will then need to be delivered no later than 5pm Saturday 4th July.


There will be a private view evening on Thursday 9th July 6-9pm for which entrants can attend and invite their contacts.
